Will Congress Deliver?
2019 election count down already have begun and there is
race between parties to captivate people by lucrative promises. Congress
manifesto is launched with its unique features. Have tried to explain in simple
language.
Two promises are made by congress are on fire “NYAY and
AFSPA”. Through NYAY INC has targeted all BPL population and through AFSPA trying
to gather all BJP opponent. Hadn’t that been good enough if they remains silent
on AFSPA??? I guess it has been situation with congress like they called
someone with all zeal and then scolded.
Daam – An Economy that works for All: Most busting/attracting feature of Manifesto which is “NYAY” scheme, congress promises to take along all economically backward families into race of economy. In this scheme INC promise to aid Rs. 72000/- yearly to poorest population of family. If that happens, it is going to be biggest basic income globally aided by any form.
Here is catch; you people need to read between the lines. What manifesto is referring to economically weaker section, which is ~22-24% of total population of India that comes around 31 Crores (24%). 20% of total EWS comes around 6.24 crores. 6.24 crores will get benefited if you covert into family figures falls down further. However, that is also tough to manage to give away such money, as most of economist are against it, which may pull down growth and become the burden on country.
Kaam- Employment and
Growth: Congress promises to fill 4 Lacs Central jobs by Mar 2020. Further,
to its promise creating another 10 lacs job of “seva mitra” at ground level/panchayat urban and local body. Introducing
focusing on water “bodies restoration mission” and “Westland Generation mission”
to create 1 crore jobs. New business will remain off the hook from applicable
laws for 3 years. There are enough provision to scheme to encourage state fill
in their vacancy by rewarding. Rewarding business for job creation and providing
fiscal incentive for employing women.This scheme has maximum feature which could not make any headlines in mainstream media as it should.
Troops have been demanding equality from
long time no party has entertained them yet.
There has never been such situation in India where you know
what would be reaction of different news channel on same news. This resolution
is must needed.
Swabhimaan- Self-Esteem
for the deprived: Congress made promises to pass the resolution of 33% reservation
for women in 17th Lok Sabha in first motion in central government.
We as a country have been running after the reservation every cast demanding
for the same. If promise had been to remove reservation from job and increase,
reservation in education would have made our country stronger.
Samman – A life of
Dignity for All: INC made promises to spend double on education from 3 to 6
percent of GDP which will enable right to healthcare promise by congress. These
services will cover diagnostic test, out patien, medicine etc. Govt will also
have tie ups with private hospital to cater the need. This step is inspired by
Delhi AAP govt who already have done in Delhi and received overwhelming response from Delhites.
