Luke & Leo defining neutrality for Irish in different version.
There is a lot of buzz on neutrality among Irish people which was initially decided while getting in EU. Ireland wasn't supposed to get into any matter where it has no linkages to it's consistency" said by Luke.
Although Leo Varadkar (Irish Politician) has different version of neutrality by pre-fixing military to it. There is treaty signed between EU and Ireland wherein now Ireland is obligated to send sts troops to any country in EU wherever there is threat of militancy/anarchy. Initially to avoid such situation neutrality was adopted by Irish people.
